Christ is with us.

First, please remember that we will have the memorial service for Alice Boghos on Saturday, 14 November at Holy Angels at 12 noon.  We commend her immortal soul to our Immortal King and God.  We continue to ask God to comfort and console Alice's family and all of us who mourn her loss.  It is with deep gratitude to her family that they ask that in lieu of flowers donations be made to St Jacob's, the church community her family has served so faithfully for so many years.  May Alice's memory remain with us forever.

Second, don't forget that this Sunday, 8 November, we will join Holy Angels as they welcome their bishop and celebrate their patronal feast.  Our bishop, Bishop François supports our decision to graciously accept Holy Angels' invitation for us to join them -- he says it demonstrates our gratitude to our gracious hosts over these many years.
